Tarrant County Courthouse - Complete MEP engineering design services for the replacement of the chilled water plant serving the 1895 Tarrant County Courthouse, one of the first structural steel framed buildings built in the Southwestern United States. This project included boring a 30 inch diameter utility tunnel underneath Weatherford St. from the Tarrant County Administration Building to the Courthouse. Architect: Arthur Weinman Architecture

Victory Artspace – Complete MEP engineering design services for the renovation of an existing approximately 60,000 sf, circa 1907, 5-story building to create an artist’s apartment haven, complete with apartments, studios and performance venues. Architect: Ray Booth

JP Elder Annex - Complete MEP engineering design services for the restoration and renovation of the three level, 44,500 sf, 1913 Historic Prairie School Design high school building for new middle school use. This project received a 2000 Design Award from Fort Worth Chapter A.I.A. to the Architect, a 1999 Preservation Honor Award from Historic Fort Worth, Inc and a 1998 Karr Preservation Award for Schools from the Texas Historical Commission to the owner.  Architect: Arthur Weinman Architecture
